Chris Quigley
Chris is the Founder & CEO of Safeharbor Distribution LLC. responsible for all aspects of the firm. As a Regional Director at Multi-Funds he was part of a team that raised over $ 10 Billion in new assets for various mutual fund , closed end and exchange traded products in multiple investment disciplines. Chris brings over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Chris began his financial services career at Merrill Lynch in 1996 where he was part of the “Winners Circle” for three consecutive years; later moving his successful practice over to Smith Barney in 2003.
Chris has served on the board of directors at the Brant Beach Yacht Club and is an active member in his community. He studied marketing at West Chester University & St. Joseph University in Philadelphia and currently resides in Newton Square, Pennsylvania with his wife and children.

Jeff Spray
Carolina West Capital Partners provides capital introduction and business development consulting connecting institutional and family office investors with investment managers allocating capital across alternative assets, energy infrastructure, credit, real estate, venture capital and derivatives.
Prior to forming Carolina West Capital Partners, Mr. Spray was employed by Advisory Research/Piper Jaffray marketing energy infrastructure solutions through intermediaries and directly to accredited investors. Previously, he represented Bank of America Securities efforts in public finance/real estate infrastructure in addition to fixed income sales dealing in mortgage backed, asset backed, corporate and municipal securities. His career began as a corporate lender with assignments at Citizens & Southern (Bank of America), Florida National (Wells Fargo) and First National Bank of Oklahoma City. Spray graduated from the University of Oklahoma with undergraduate degree in Finance. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Jim Bruce
Jim started in business in 1994 as a retail broker with AG Edwards.
He started wholesaling in 2002 for Planco/Hartford in Upstate NY. In 2010, he was appointed Head of Sales for an RIA firm Nottingham Advisors to wholesale their SMA products. In 2014 he went to wholesale mutual funds with Multi Funds.
Jim joined Safe Harbor in 2018.
